Who we are

Sell My Property Online is an introduction service for homeowners who need or want to sell quickly. It is a trading style of Simply Quote Comparison Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15008284) with its registered office in Fleet, Hampshire.

People come to us for many reasons: an inherited home, a divorce, a new job in another city, a chain that has collapsed, mounting arrears, or a property that has sat on the market for months. What they have in common is that time and certainty matter more than holding out for the highest possible price.

What we do

We ask you a few questions about your property and your situation. If you agree, we pass your details to cash buyers on our panel who cover your postcode, so they can contact you and, if the property suits them, make an offer. That is the whole of our role.

What we do not do

Being straight about price
