- In-article panel. A full-width panel between two sections of a guide, where readers pause.
- Section targeting. Choose the guides your ad appears on, for example only our guides for executors and inherited homes, or only the hard-to-sell homes section.
Ads run for fixed periods, and we share audience figures for your chosen pages when you enquire.
What are our advertising standards?
Our readers are often under pressure, so we are careful about what we show them.
- Every ad is clearly labelled as an ad, and links to advertisers are marked as sponsored.
- Ads must follow the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (the CAP Code).
- Anything that needs authorisation, for example from the Financial Conduct Authority or the Solicitors Regulation Authority, must show the advertiser's regulatory status.
- We do not accept ads for cash house buyers or quick sale companies outside our vetted panel, sale and rent back, high-cost credit, debt solutions from firms that are not FCA authorised, or gambling.
- We do not show ads on our guides for people in financial difficulty or facing repossession.
