Our service
We introduce homeowners to cash property buyers on our panel. We do not buy property, value property, make offers or act for you in any sale. Any agreement to sell is between you and the buyer, and your own solicitor or conveyancer acts for you. Our service to homeowners is free.
Information on this site
Our guides explain how things generally work. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and rules can change. House price figures come from official sources and are averages for an area, not a valuation of any home. Take independent advice before you make decisions about your property.
Buyers
We ask buyers on our panel to meet the standards set out on our buyer list, but each buyer is responsible for its own offers and conduct. You are free to accept or reject any offer.
Liability

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
